Problem is poor highway planning

Re: “Royalmount plan will add to Décarie traffic mess: study” (Montreal Gazette, May 29)

Please don’t only look at Royalmount when discussing the Décarie situation. You have multiple condos on Marcel-Laurin, the Hippodrome area will be developed, condos and a hotel on Décarie Blvd. and Vézina St., the Snowdon Theatre condo development, the triangle of condos on Jean-Talon St. near Victoria Ave . ... Royalmount is not the problem. Poor highway planning is the problem. We extend out to the burbs with no attention to transport accessibility. Mona Segal, St-Laurent
