Where are those better roads?

A total of 41 per cent of Montreal roads in “excellent or good condition”?

Where? Because it seems the other 59 per cent are the only roads my poor car suspension is riding.

I’m guessing these figures don’t include N.D.G., Westmount, downtown or any major arteries like Décarie Blvd. or Sherbrooke St. or anywhere cars travel.
