Nuggets star opens facility to voters

Denver Nuggets forward Paul Millsap is turning his training centre near Atlanta into a centre for early voting. In a statement issued via the NBA, Millsap said the 44,000-square-foot CORE4 in suburban Chamblee will serve as a place for residents of Dekalb County to vote from Oct. 12-30. “I chose to wear `Vote' on my Denver Nuggets jersey during the 2020 NBA Playoffs to demonstrate my personal passion for the cause,” Millsap wrote in a statement. “However, I was compelled to do more.” The Atlanta Hawks' home, State Farm Arena, also is serving as an early voting location for residents of Fulton County. Millsap, 35, is concluding his 14th NBA.
