TV HOST'S HOME NOW A RENTAL

If you've ever wanted to snoop around in an HGTV host's house, now's your chance. Jasmine Roth, pictured, host of the series Hidden Potential, has opened up her home for rental on Airbnb.

Located in Huntington Beach, Calif., the home known as the 11th Street Retreat has four bedrooms and 31/2 baths, accommodating up to nine guests.

It's done up in California Cape Cod style, with an enclosed patio, gas fire pit, smart home audio system and a kitchen equipped with marble countertops and a 48-inch Viking range. There's even a 200-square-foot (60-square-metre) artificial turf dog run.

“We've never done anything like this,” Roth told House Beautiful. “Being able to share it with people is exciting and a little nerve-racking.” Rentals start at US$634 per night, beginning Oct. 1.
