MCWILLIAMS, Muriel (nee Cooke)

Dec. 31, 1935 - Sep. 21, 2020

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Muriel Cooke, on September 21st 2020, in Ontario, at the age of 84. She was the loving wife of Robert Gordon Mcwilliams, with whom she shared her life for 62 years. She will be greatly missed by her children Robert, Cathy(deceased) Michael and his spouse Cindy. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Alannah, Bobby, Bryan, Hayley, Carter and Mason and great-grandson Bentley. She also leaves behind many other family and friends. She was a loving and caring mom, adventurous and outgoing. She enjoyed her time as a buyer with her colleagues at the Hudson's Bay Company. "Cookie" will be forever missed. The family will receive condolences on Monday, September 28 from 6pm to 9pm at Rideau Funeral Home (4275, des Sources Blvd, Dollard-des-ormeaux, QC H9B 2A6, 514-685-3344). A ceremony will be held Tuesday, September 29 at 10:30am, at the gravesite, Rideau Memorial Gardens.
