This birthday guy earned a 1991 Oscar nomination for his role as Vincent in “The Godfather: Part III.” His other film work includes parts in “Words on Bathroom Walls,” “Ocean’s Eleven” and “The Untouchabl­es.” Garcia also garnered a 2001 Emmy nomination for starring in the TV movie “For Love or Country: The Arturo Sandoval Story.”
