Europe's rates are much cheaper

The writer says cheap cellphone rates can be had, but cheap compared to what?

When I travel to European countries, I can routinely buy a month's worth of cellphone service, including calls throughout Europe and between 20 and 100 GB, for 10 or 20 euros. And the service carries from one country to another. To me, it's plain and simple: We're being gouged. Nick Cefaratti, Montreal
