Some service roads will be closed

Major problem spots on the highways in and around Montreal on the weekend:

St-pierre Interchang­e: From 11:59 p.m. Friday to Monday at 5 a.m., the ramp going to Route 138 West/ Honoré-mercier Bridge from Highway 20 East (Exit 63) and 1st Ave. entrance will be completely closed.

Highway 40: The westbound service road will be closed between the Hymus Boulevard exit and the entrance from St-régis Boulevard from Friday at 10 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m.

From Friday at 9 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., work on the REM overpass will close the eastbound service road between the exit for St-jean Boulevard and the following entrance near Doyon Ave.

Highway 520: From Friday at 10 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., the ramp from Highway 520 East (Côte-deliesse Expressway) to the 13 North will be completely closed. The ramps going from the 13 South to the 520 East and from the 520 East to the 13 South, which have been closed since mid-april, will reopen to traffic on Monday at 5 a.m.

Champlain Bridge: The left lane on the Samuel-de-champlain Bridge toward Montreal will be closed on Saturday and Sunday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

South Shore: In Brossard, the eastbound service road on Highway 10 is closed near Highway 30 until the end of May.

Also in Brossard, one lane out of three on Marie-victorin Blvd. West will be closed near the Samuel-de-champlain Bridge until June 6.

In Candiac, one lane out of two on Highway 15 in both directions will be closed near Montcalm Boulevard (Exit 44) from Friday at 9:30 p.m. to Sunday at 8 p.m.
