This week, the Montreal Gazette has introduced you to the creators of some of the most popular comic strips and puzzles in the world – and whose work will appear on these pages starting with Monday's e-paper.

We have partnered with Andrews Mcmeel Syndication, the world's largest independent newspaper feature syndicate, to overhaul and upgrade our offerings to you. The slate of comics and puzzles you'll receive will have some familiar faces and many new ones reflective of shifts in culture, demographics, and trends in society.

We'll be carrying the work of a mix of artists, including Lynn Johnston's For Better or For Worse, Paul Gilligan's Pooch Café and Mike Baldwin's Cornered. As well, astrologist Eugenia Last will craft your horoscope and on Saturdays we'll add an extra page of brain-teasing puzzles to exercise your minds.
