Temple REIT expands

The Temple Real Estate Investment Trust has added a second Saskatchewan property to its stable of hotels. The trust, owner of the Temple Gardens Mineral Spa in Moose Jaw, has bought the Saskatoon Inn, located near the Saskatoon airport and Highways 11 and 16. The REIT will invest $10 million over three years on guest rooms, the lobby, meeting rooms and exterior cladding.
