Cheer Infinity Athletics Spring Sessions Start Soon

As the fall cheer season is very quickly coming to an end Cheer Infinity Athletics is excited to jump into spring with some exciting and fun classes!

Below is the list of classes along with class descriptio­ns. Registrati­on is available at www.cheerinfin­ity.ca !

All classes will be held at Moose Jaw Alliance Church Gym and all will be instructed by SCA certified coaches! The coaches are ready for an exciting spring, all the sessions will be packed full of fun for your athletes to grow in the sport of cheerleadi­ng but also as individual­s building friendship­s to last a lifetime!

There is a class for everyone!! Come experience the world of cheerleadi­ng with Cheer Infinity Athletics! Session 1: May 1st - 24th Tuesdays: 4:30-5:30pm: Private lessons 5:30-6:30pm: Stunting 6:30-7:30pm: Flyer 101 Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30pm: Private lessons 5:30-6:30pm: All Star Pom 6:30-7:30pm: Jumps & Conditioni­ng Thursdays: 6:00-7:00pm: Tumbling Lvl 1 7:00-8:00pm: Tumbling Lvl 2+

Session 2: May 29th - June 21st Tuesdays: 4:30-5:30pm: Private lessons 5:30-6:30pm: Stunting 6:30-7:30pm: Flyer 101 Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30pm: Private lessons 5:30-6:30pm: All Star Pom 6:30-7:30pm: Jumps & Conditioni­ng Thursdays: 5:30-6:30pm: Tumbling Lvl 1 6:30-7:30pm: Tumbling Lvl 2+

**All classes are for athletes aged 3-18, they will be divided up into groups based on age and skill level within each class!

Stunting: In this class all athletes will gain strength, coordinati­on and confidence as they work on skills, drills as they work through and learn new stunts mastering each one with confidence. They will be ready to hit the floor next season. This is also a great opportunit­y for new ath- letes to get a taste for stunting, make friends and learn how to work as a team!

Flyer 101: This class is for any flyer (top) or any athlete looking to improve their flexibilit­y, balance and core strength. Coaches will work with these athletes through a four week program to help each athlete hit their stunts with confidence.

Allstar Pom: Coaches will be working with each athlete on their dance technique and skills, increasing their knowledge in pom. Each athlete will be challenged to learn a new fun and upbeat dance during this fun filled four week program.

Jumps & Conditioni­ng: This class will give your athlete a chance too work on jump technique and difficulty while also strengthen­ing all parts of their body. Coaches will work with each athlete through our NEW strength and conditioni­ng program.

Tumbling: Athletes will work towards goals that they will set in week one of our four week program. Highly skilled coaches work with each athlete on progressin­g through drills and skills at their own pace and level.
