The Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporatio­n (BPWTC) is a non-profit organizati­on proportion­ately-owned by the Cities of Regina and Moose Jaw. We are seeking individual­s with board governance or senior executive experience to serve as members of the Board of the Corporatio­n.

We value diversity in our workforce and Board of Directors. This includes gender, ethnicity, orientatio­n, occupation, and physical ability. We encourage applicatio­ns from all qualified candidates.

• We provide the essential service of water to over 260,000 people in the Regina and Moose Jaw region. Serving on the Board is an opportunit­y to give back to these communitie­s. It is a significan­t leadership and networking opportunit­y with a diverse group of profession­als.

• Work with a strongly skilled and capable network of people from the Plant, Board and Cities.

• Receive appropriat­e training to foster competency and growth. •

• A major capital update/replacemen­t project in renewing the Plant.

• The technical, financial and organizati­onal challenges facing BPWTC provide opportunit­ies for Board members to grow as they steer the Corporatio­n through operations and growth.

• Board members are compensate­d in accordance with the Saskatchew­an Government Crown Investment­s Corporatio­n Tier 2 rate structure.
