1038hrs – 200 blk Manitoba St E – Impaired Driving – Impaired adult was driving in a reckless manner with a child in the vehicle and collided with several stationary objects. Vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for impaired driving and criminal negligence after failing the roadside breath demand and registering breath samples nearly 3 times the legal limit. Subject’s license is suspended indefinitely and the vehicle was seized for 60 days. There were no injuries.
1200hrs – 1000 blk Stadacona St E – Assault – Adult charged with assault after a confrontation turned violent. Accused arrested and released on no contact conditions and court at a later date.
1250hrs – 200 blk Fairford St E – Wellbeing Check – Request to check on adult. Located and in need of medical assistance. Transported to hospital by EMS.
1431hrs – 100 blk Athabasca St E – Disturbance – Adult noted yelling at cars and exposing himself. Located and found to be suffering from mental illness and upset with caregivers who were following behind the subject.
1444hrs – 0 blk Fairford St E – Disturbance – Adult rowdy and upset inside an establishment. Arrested for public intoxication and held in cells until sober.
1836hrs – 1000 blk Main St N – Disturbance – Adult causing problems in a care facility. Taken to hospital for treatment.
1854hrs – 0 blk Stadacona St W – Possess Stolen Property – Several adults found in possession of stolen property. Charges pending.
2011hrs – 1300 blk 11th Av SW – Breach Court Order – Adult contacting a subject they were on conditions not to as well as being intoxicated. Accused was located walking in traffic. Arrested and charged with 2 breaches. Held until sober.
2047hrs – 1300 blk 11th Av SW – Assault – Intoxicated adult assaulted a stranger. Located and arrested. Held in cells until sober. Released on no contact conditions.
2106hrs – 200 blk High St W – Dispute – Unwanted guest refusing to leave a residence. Parties separated and taken home.
2200hrs – 800 blk MacDonald St – Collision – Single vehicle collision into a fence. No injuries, approximately $5000 damage. Vehicle towed. Driver charged with undue care and attention.
2229hrs – 2 kilometers outside City – Collision – Assist RCMP with a collision on #1 highway.
0131hrs – 400 blk Saskatchewan St W – Flight from Police – Adult driver failed to stop for Police. Driver is known. Warrant issued.
0353hrs – 300 blk Saskatchewan St E – Drug Possession – Adult found in possession of Marijuana and Methamphetamine. Charged and released for Court at a later date.

0818hrs – 300 blk Lillooet St W – Noise Bylaw – Caller reported hearing loud music coming from neighbour’s residence. Subject was warned by police and turned music down.
0829hrs – 800 blk Coteau St W – Vehicle Seizure – Suspended driver operating vehicle. Incident lead to the vehicle being impounded for 30 days.
0913hrs – 1000 blk 9th Av SW – Dispute – Escalating fighting between 2 adult parties. Police were asked to attend residence and situation was mediated.
1240hrs – 800 blk Elizabeth St – Suspicious Vehicle – Complainant reported seeing subject park their vehicle in front of residence and has been there for several hours. Upon police questioning, driver informed officers that he pulled over to read the newspaper and eventually fell asleep. Subject then proceeded to leave area.
1320hrs – 9th Av NE at Caribou St E – Erratic Driving – Subject almost hit complainant while they were at an intersection. Registered owner of vehicle was spoken to and warned by police for their driving actions.
1440hrs – 1000 blk Main St N – Vehicle Collision – Vehicle hit a parked car. Driver was issued a ticket for driving without due care. 1 tow and 1 minor injury.
1726hrs – 1100 blk Athabasca St E – Intoxicated person – Subject showed up at complainant’s residence intoxicated and accompanied by a child. Subject was asked to leave residence due to their aggressive behaviour. Caller then contacted police as they were worried for the child’s safety. Child was later brought to safety to grandmother’s residence.
1857hrs – 200 blk Main St N – Theft - Complainant reported having their property stolen and pointed out a suspect. SUI to review video.
2045hrs – 0 blk Fairford St W – Warrant Executed – Subject turned themselves in to police station on warrant. Subject was released with a later court date.
2301hrs – 0 blk Fairford St E – Intoxicated Person – Staff needs assistance in escorting 2 intoxicated adults out of establishment. Subjects left upon police request.
0249hrs – 1500 blk Main St N – Intoxicated Person – Subject seen urinating in stairwell, inside establishment. Police brought intoxicated person to family member’s care.
