DEBBIE WRIGHT

Debbie is a retired geriatric recreationist in Niagara, Ont., fondly remembered as the “craft queen.” Busy now with her children and two grandchildren in Toronto, she still finds time to travel. She even learned to play ukulele on a Hawaiian cruise and now plays with the Niagara on the Lake Ukesters. She can usually be found hiking with one of the nature clubs and photographing the great variety of birds in Niagara. Her hobbies of gardening, photography, bird watching, mosaic glass and crafting keep her very busy. You can “Explore Paradise” with her in this issue’s Destinations on page 54.
