“My mentor once told me, ‘When you are an entrepreneur, you will need to be flexible.’ Flexibility consists of knowing how to strategize your daily planner, how to give and take in difficult situations, being empathetic with clients and employees. A go big, or go home mentality underpins Amy Johnson’s quick rise. She has led high-profile projects, including the company’s 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada and Qatar World Cup 2022 bid teams, and has a well-earned reputation for successfully delivering events on time and on budget.
