Yaprak Baltacıoglu served as deputy minister of transport, infrastructure and communities, and as deputy minister of agriculture and Agri Food Canada. She spent over four years at the Privy Council Office where she provided advice and support to the prime minister and cabinet on the full range of government operations and domestic policy issues.
