KATHLEEN O’NEILL

With a background as a chartered accountant, Kathleen O’Neill transitioned from a career in finance to an experienced corporate director. She is an instructor/examiner for the Institute of Corporate Directors and has been involved in the non-profit sector as a board member of several organizations over the last 30 years.

Carol Banducci has built her career in maledominated industries and brings extensive experience both as a leader and corporate director to her role overseeing all aspects of finance, IT and investor relations at this mid-tier, publicly listed gold mining company.
