After Patel became CEO, Mickiewicz stayed on as chief product officer, Grant is still chief technology officer and Feirstein as executive chairman is a “utility player” who helps out wherever he is needed. “The transition was incredibly smooth, Mickiewicz says. “There was very little change other than job titles and it was perceived very positively internally.”
