CHIPPING AWAY

Canadians have long been leaders in the quest for fresh new chip flavours — anyone else recall the fruitflavoured Hostess chips in the 1970s, Orange, Cherry and Grape? — so kudos are offered to two New Brunswick manufacturers, Covered Bridge Potato Chips in Waterville and Bonté Foods Ltd. in Dieppe, for combining forces to create Fried Pepperoni potato chips. Sadly, the gluten-free chips are only here for a limited run.
