As Manager of Partnerships for MLSE Launchpad, she enabled youth to reach their full potential using the power of sports. Letecia made it her mission to diversify and activate civic leadership across the Greater Toronto Area and serves as Co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Network to connect rising leaders to advancement opportunities
