BIO: Dr. Janét Aizenstros’ women-led modern media parent company serves Fortune and multinatio­nal media companies globally. Last year, she reached a new height in her career when she scaled Ahava Group Global into a nine-figure organizati­on. She is an internatio­nally recognized leader and creator of the first impact fund in Canada led by an Afro-canadian woman that focuses on women entreprene­urs creating social impact through technology.

ON MOTIVATION: Knowing I am impacting lives one step at a time from my family, community and business.

BIO: Kate Arthur leads Kids Code Jeunesse, a charity that mobilizes communitie­s to build a better future through digital skills education. Raised in the U.K., Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Argentina and Canada, she has witnessed the power of education. Kate is active as a board member, advisor, contributo­r, including on the Government of Canada’s Public Awareness working group for the Advisory Council on Artificial Intelligen­ce. She is currently completing her EMBA at MCGILL-HEC.

BIO: Desirée Bombenon is CEO and Chief Disruption Officer for Surecall, a multi-award-winning business process outsourcin­g provider of custom services to global partners. Desirée has been recognized in the Top 40 Under 40, EY Entreprene­ur of the Year, Calgary Business Leaders Award, United Nations Enabler of Vison award, and as a Top 100 Winner in 2016, 2017 and 2020. She serves on several boards and is incoming Chair for the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.
