BIO: Kelliann Dean’s career spans 33 years in public and private sector leadership, strategic planning, business development, communications, board governance and business financing. She has successfully managed complex stakeholder relationships with a visionary leadership style characterized by a passion for building strong teams and partnerships to achieve results. As the longest-serving Deputy Minister in Nova Scotia, she has provided strategic advice to Premiers and Ministers since 2004.

BIO: A seasoned executive with over two decades of cross-functional leadership in the transportation industry, Janet Drysdale is a collaborative leader focused on delivering results while empowering and enabling others. She has played a key role in re-igniting CN’S acquisition strategy, as well as leading the company’s efforts to integrate sustainability. Janet is an advocate for Canada’s critical supply chains, the transition towards a lower carbon economy, and increasing the representation of women in transportation.
