The Dream 2024 Aston Martin Vanquish
The next Vanquish made its debut as a concept car at the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show and not a whole lot has been revealed since then, but it is reputed to be a competitor for Ferrari’s F8 Tributo and the Mclaren 720S and 765LT, so expect a price tag of more than US$300,000 when it arrives in 2023. Speculation has it that Aston is developing a new hybrid engine, featuring a turbocharged V-6 putting out more than 700 horsepower, pretty much the bar in the mid-engine supercar category. The key, however, is surviving the next few months and even the next couple of years, because, despite a Us$657-million cash injection by Canadian billionaire Lawrence Stroll, this British automaker is still struggling.
