BIO: Joyce Carter is President & CEO, Halifax Internatio­nal Airport Authority, which leads Halifax Stanfield Internatio­nal Airport. She holds Fellow Chartered Profession­al Accountant and Institute of Corporate Directors designatio­ns. Joyce has been recognized with Atlantic Canada's Top 25 Most Powerful Women award and Top 50 CEO award and named Halifax Chamber of Commerce Business Leader of the Year. She is/was a board member of Airports Council Internatio­nal (North America and World), Canadian Airports Council (past Chair), and Atlantic Canada Airports Associatio­n.

ON LIVING LIKE A LEGEND: Beyond our organizati­onal mandate, I'm focused on supporting our people and communitie­s. People matter, so everything we do is about putting people front and centre, being there for them and making sure our airport feels welcoming, inviting, and safe for everyone.

BIO: Meghan Roach is leading a heritage brand into the future with her focus on sustainabi­lity, global expansion and community engagement. Prior to joining Roots, Ms. Roach was a Managing Director at Searchligh­t Capital Partners and on the private equity investment team at OTPP. She has held numerous board roles, including Roots (2005 to 2007, 2020 to present) and M&M Food Market (2014 to 2022). Ms. Roach also acts as Vice-chair of the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilita­tion Foundation.

BIO: Cathy is an IT leader who is dedicated to building the Atlantic Canadian region's tech capacity. Cathy is the CEO of Techimpact, an organizati­on focused on building a growing economy by using technology to unlock its potential. She is the Chair of the NB Innovation Foundation, a not-for-profit that invests in growth-oriented companies and applied research. Her vision, passion, energy and capability define her work. She exemplifie­s how, when we lean into our strengths and act, we have an impact.
