Re: Martin Lashes UN For ‘ Empty Rhetoric,’ Sept. 17. In typical smug Canadian fashion, Paul Martin had the gall to stand in front of the United Nations Assembly and accuse it of, “ empty rhetoric” as it pertains to reforming that organization. Mr. Martin, people who live in glass houses should not throw stones, as you continue to make a mockery of our promised reforms to our own governmental institutions.
