companies reported yesterday they will be bought by foreign companies in deals worth an estimated $220-million. Germany’s SAP AG said it is buying Triversity, a Toronto-based private software company for an estimated $125million to $150-million. Telecom equipment maker Avaya Inc. is buying Ottawa startup Nimcat Networks for $46-million, while FileNet Corp. is buying Yaletown Technology Group. Microsoft Corp. is buying Alacris Inc.
