IT WAS A BAD DAY FOR … The Eleventh Hour: Despite all its nominations, the show was cancelled last season. Corner Gas: Canada’s most popular sitcom was largely snubbed with only one high-profile nod, for best comedy. In that category, it’s up against History Bites, Puppets Who Kill, The Newsroom and This Hour Has 22 Minutes. Trailer Park Boys: The lovable losers didn’t get a best comedy series mention this year, and scored just two nods over all.
