Top-level executives from across the country came together to celebrate the ninth annual Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures Awards, held at the Hilton in downtown Toronto.
Nearly 600 people attended the grand event, which celebrated Canadian organizations for creating a culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.
The evening was preceded by the Canada’s 10 Corporate Culture Summit, an annual learning and networking event held that afternoon featuring guest speakers such as Michael Mc
Cain, president and CEO of Maple Leaf Foods; Geoff Smith, president and CEO of EllisDon Corp.; Blake Hutcheson, president and CEO of Oxford Properties; and Marc Kiel
burger, co-founder of Free The Children. Canada’s 10 was founded and presented by Waterstone Human Capital, one of Canada’s leading executive search and human capital advisory firms specializing in recruiting for fit. The national program annually recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for having a culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.
