Your 90-year-old mother plays golf and tennis?! That’s outstanding! I’m knocking on wood right now that I’m half so active when I’m 90. Has she read What Makes Olga Run? by Bruce Grierson? Olga Kotelko was a Canadian track and field star who competed well into her 90s and held 26 world records in her age category.
