Re: Victoria’s Peculiar Camping Rules, June 26. Victoria’s bylaw is another excellent example of what happens when courts blunder into areas of no concern to them. A city park belongs to the citizens who pay for it and they will decide on its appropriate use. Lawyers profit well from the unintended consequences of their colleagues’ decisions.
