Re: Victoria’s Peculiar Camping Rules, June 26. Victoria’s bylaw is another excellent example of what happens when courts blunder into areas of no concern to them. A city park belongs to the citizens who pay for it and they will decide on its appropriat­e use. Lawyers profit well from the unintended consequenc­es of their colleagues’ decisions.
