Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel.

Beautifull­y written, with believable characters and plot, the novel depicts the collapse of civilizati­on. I couldn’t put it down. Eleanor Bell, Toronto

The Girl On the Train by Paula Hawkins,

is a quick read that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Not too many sympatheti­c characters, much like Gone Girl. Yolanta Kulasa, Edmonton
