NOW AVAILABLE: THREE-BEDROOM PRETTY WOMAN PAD IN NEW YORK CITY

- Catherine McIntyre, National Post

Julia Roberts, starring in the upcoming film Money Monster, is making a little of the green stuff on the real estate market these days. Three months after selling her Hawaiian Island estate for US$30 million, the Oscar winner has listed one of her New York City apartments for a not-too-shabby US$4.5 million, The New York Post reports. The 2,000 square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse sits atop an 11-storey post-war building in the heart of Greenwich Village. The two-level U-shaped unit has wood floors, wood-burning fireplace and large veranda with city views. The decor has an airy beach feel that’s more Hamptons than Manhattan. While Roberts and her cinematographer husband Danny Moder are based in Malibu, Roberts still owns at least three apartments in an elegant Gramercy Park building in NYC, which she rents out, according to the Post.
