The western world can con tinue to cause long- term misery among displaced people in this way or it can ramp up the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
I-s it better to risk bombing a few Syr ians as collateral damage ( that awful military term) or make millions suffer a- s refugees? When does the risk of kill ing one Syrian in a U. S. bombing raid on ISIL terrorists equal the suffering of t- hese Syrian kids in Turkey and all Syr ian refugees everywhere?
