Hundreds of guests came out to the Ritz- Carlton Toronto to toast Air Canada enRoute Magazine’s 2015 list for Canada’s Best New Restaurant­s. A month-long culinary journey took noted food writer Andrew Braithwait­e across the country to discover the innovative chefs and sommeliers redefining Canada’s dining scene.
