Hundreds of guests came out to the Ritz- Carlton Toronto to toast Air Canada enRoute Magazine’s 2015 list for Canada’s Best New Restaurants. A month-long culinary journey took noted food writer Andrew Braithwaite across the country to discover the innovative chefs and sommeliers redefining Canada’s dining scene.

garé, enRoute editor-in-chief. The Top 10 included Pigeonhole, Calgary; Port City Royal, Saint John; Pilgrimme, Galiano Island, B.C.; DaiLo, Toronto; Bar Raval, Toronto; AnnaLena, Vancouver; Adelaide Oyster House, St. John’s; Yasu, Toronto; Enoteca, Winnipeg; and Soif, Gatineau, Que.
