Carol Toller is an award-winning journalist. She has also held senior roles at The Globe and Mail, Report on Business magazine, Canadian Business magazine and the Vancouver Sun. She recently joined Pilot PMR, a brand management and communications firm in Toronto, as editorial director.

Allan Bonner is a former broadcast journalist — including with CBC. He is also an expert on crisis communications. He runs Allan Bonner Communications Management Inc., where he works with clients around the world and has written a number of books, including An Ounce of Prevention: Navigating Your Way Through Damage Control and Crisis Response.

Shinan Govani is a society columnist at 24 Hours and the author of Boldface Names. He’s covered the Cannes and Toronto film festivals, as well as fashion week in Paris and Milan, his writing has appeared in the National Post, The Globe and Mail, Vanity Fair, HELLO! Magazine and Toronto Life.
