FORMER RAPTOR BOSH PULLS CHUTE ON ALL- STAR APPEARANCE
Chris Bosh, who still owns a share of the honour of being winningest Raptor of all time but who left Toronto to win a couple of championships with the Miami Heat, has pulled out of the all-star game. The reason being given is a calf strain. Bosh, pictured, took part in the all-star availability with the media earlier Friday and then pulled out in the afternoon. He has come back from a pulmonary embolism that cost him the remainder of the season following its discovery last February. He was looking forward to celebrating the comeback with this all-star game. “We talked about what if all-star was here (in Toronto), and now it’s actually here, so it’s cool.” No word yet on who will replace Bosh in the three-point shooting contest on Saturday.
