YUZU MARGARITA

My husband loves mixing cocktails. His newest creation is a version of a margarita with yuzu juice. If you can’t find yuzu juice, use more lime or try passion fruit juice for a different but also deli- cious taste. 3 oz tequila (6 tbsp) 1 oz orange liqueur (2 tbsp) 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 2 tbsp pure yuzu juice 4 tsp agave syrup ice cubes 1. Combine ingredient­s in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 12 to 15 times until container is icy cold and you can hardly hold it. Strain into 2 cocktail glasses. makes 2 drinks
