THAT’S SOME MARKETING STRATEGY

-

New York City’s most expensive condo listing comes in at $85 million. For that, the buyer gets a 10,000-sq.-ft. full-floor penthouse in the mid-town Atelier building, built in 2006. The unit itself has 10 bedrooms, 13 marble- bedecked bathrooms, and 45th- floor views. Amenities in the building include a 47th-floor skating rink, a lap pool, sauna, valet, basketball courts and a driving range, Business Insider reports. And, as it seems the free daily breakfast hasn’t been enough of a bonus (the suite’s been on and off the market recently), the seller has now thrown in a few extra perks. How does two Rolls-Royce Phantoms sound? They’ve also added a $1 million yacht (with five years’ docking fees), a Hamptons vacation rental in summer, a year’s live-in butler and a private chef. Plus, $2 million toward renovations.
