RAONIC, MURRAY ADVANCE TO QUEEN’S CLUB QUARTERS

Milos Raonic advanced to the quarter- finals at Queen’s Club in London with a hard-fought 7-5, 7- 6 (6) win over Jiri Vesely on Thursday. The third- seeded Raonic was pushed by his Czech opponent. Vesely fired 13 aces, four more than the hard- serving Canadian, who usually dominates opponents in that category. In other second- round action, Andy Murray kept on track to claim a record fifth title at Queen’s Club by beating fellow Briton Aljaz Bedene 6-3, 6- 4.
