‘Ilove Bayview. I think there’s a certain appeal and regard to the street in general.” So says Marc Nufrio, president of Latch Developments. And what better way to show that love than to build his newest project there.

There, pick up groceries at Valu-Mart, or pop in for a bite at Swiss Chalet or Harvey’s. There are CIBC and TD banks, or you can pick up a prescription at Main Drug Mart.
1,500 Steps: Less than half an hour by foot and residents of The Bennett can get to the amenities of Yonge Street, including the Finch subway station — making access to the rest of the city a simple next step. “It’s easy to get anywhere,” Nufrio says.
