At Leaside Manor, purchasers can choose from 12 different models of two-bedroom, two- plus- den, threebedro­om and three-plus-den designs, with floor plans ranging from over 1,000 square feet to 2,000 sq. ft.

All homes come with private outdoor space, with large balconies or terraces that have hook- ups for gas barbeques. The purchase price i ncludes a storage locker, one parking space for two-bedroom suites, and two parking spaces for three bedroom homes.

Opulent interior finishes include nine- foot ceilings and 10- ft. ceilings for the seventh floor. Every suite comes with solid core doors, and engineered hardwood flooring or high- end porcelain tile from Spain that looks like hardwood flooring or marble.

Kitchens have cabinetry that is imported from Italy, custom designed quartz countertop­s and 2019 model Miele appliances from Germany.

Bathrooms also have quartz vanity tops, and every master bedroom has a water closet with a combined bidet.

Living rooms have motorized shades, while all other rooms have hand operated shades. A focal point of each l i ving room is a built- i n linear horizontal electric fireplace, and an 80-inch TV screen positioned above the fireplace.

Several green features have also been incorporat­ed, including a green roof, a solar energy system, water saving plumbing features and LED lighting.

There is an energy-efficient heat pump system, Low- E glass windows and exterior wall insulation with a high R- value, to minimize heat loss.

The building offers on-site amenities and an e-concierge system, which helps to keep maintenanc­e fees very low.
