Re: Duterte meeting highlights PM’s odd worldview, Nov. 17

Having read John Robson’s column on Justin Trudeau and Rodrigo Duterte’s meeting, I was instantly reminded of the slagging of Trudeau on Conservative party TV commercials during the last election. The actor looks into the camera and utters “He is just not ready."

Truer words have never been spoken. As my l ate grandfather often reminded us, it is not the lies that people tell, it is the dirty truth that hurts.
