TAMBOR QUITS SHOW ON ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT

After being accused of sexual harassment by both a co-star and former assistant, actor Jeffrey Tambor has quit awardwinning Amazon series Transparent, for which he previously won a Golden Globe and two Emmy awards. In the last week, Tambor’s former assistant Van Barnes accused the actor of repeatedly propositioning her despite her rejections, groping her and threatening her if she came forward. Days later, his costar Trace Lysette made similar claims, saying he had gotten “physical” with her against her will.
