This is absolutely disgusting and outrageous. Imagine, these evil people going to rape women and kill people for adventure and fun and the Canadian government wants to help them back into society!

Canada must no doubt be the champion of the bleeding heart attitude. To even i magine such a program is criminal and Canadians should stand up and shout “enough is enough.” Othmar Brunner, Tsawwasswn, B. C.
