Collingwood site has it all, developer says
Remo Niceforo admits he’s biased, but that doesn’t stop him from going all in on Collingwood — the location of his condominium project, Monaco.
“It’s the best place to live in the country,” says the managing partner with Stonebrook Developments.
The town two hours north of Toronto does have a lot to celebrate — from its waterside location on Georgian Bay to skiing at Blue Mountain.
“You’re 10 minutes away from the mountains, you’re a minute away from the water,” he says.
All of which makes Collingwood a go-to destination for weekend crowds — and a popular place for retirees. And Monaco is close to the town’s growing list of amenities.
