Toronto restaurant Fring’s is closing after three years of business in King West. Last year, owners Susur Lee, Kai Bent-Lee and Levi BentLee came under fire for allegedly taking tips from staff members to illegally pay for kitchen mistakes and dine-anddashers. The restaurant has since issued an apology, but it appears it could not recover from bad press.
