Three weeks deserved

If giving their employees three weeks of vacation is enough to make or break an employer, then I say that their business is marginal at best anyway. We have the worst vacation allotment in the developed world (next to the U.S.). In most of Europe, four weeks is the norm. People deserve a decent vacation. Jane McCall, Ladner, B.C.
