Aquatic ethics

Re: Let minnow how this makes you feel, May 31 There is now dialogue about fish and their feelings resulting in the question, do fish pain? It was thought by many people that they don’t. But one thing for sure is that fish don’t like or don’t want certain things that occur.

Why do fish struggle and squirm when an angler gets them on the hook? Whether they feel pain as we do, which humans will never know as none of us are fish, there are many things they don’t want or don’t like. Once hooked they are desperate to get away. They have the instinct to stay alive. That’s enough to consider them to be in some ways like animals including humans. Let’s consider them I say!
