The Southern Mink Islands offer a rare opportunity to own a Georgian Bay archipelago of four main islands and numerous granite outcroppings. There is also a naturally formed central harbour/bay for anchoring sail boats, says listing agent George Webster of Royal LePage Meadowtown Realty.

“The Mink Islands, originally an active fishing community at the turn of the century, is situated approximately five nautical miles west of Snug Harbour,” Webster says. “There’s superb swimming, sailing and parasailing or kite surfing.”
