The female owned-and- operated eatery created the celebrated Open Kitchen TO dinner series, a fundraiser for the education of women in the food and hospitality industry. Meanwhile, executive chef Ivana Raca and sous chef Jeff Zhou specialize in light yet satisfying vegetable-driven Italian fare.
