Toronto is a city filled to the brim with Italian restaurant­s, but no one leads the way for community and sustainabi­lity like Ufficio on Dundas West. The female owned-and- operated eatery created the celebrated Open Kitchen TO dinner series, a fundraiser for the education of women in the food and hospitalit­y industry. Meanwhile, executive chef Ivana Raca and sous chef Jeff Zhou specialize in light yet satisfying vegetable-driven Italian fare.
